i cant stop thinking about seeing Jose Albizu's genius jazz trio from the vip wing at 1am the other night... almost didnt feel real. listening to them reminded me of long nights in sapho, taipei's best jazz bar.
also of one of Ahmad Jamal's greatest pieces. the detune halfway through gives me full-body chills every single time.
